This Valentine's, Naag & Pammi will redefine romance for you in Kala Shah Kala, an upcoming Indian-Punjabi romedy film which celebrates the much maligned and universal butt of jokes the colour black. Lovely (Binnu Dhillon) a happy go lucky & charming guy struggles to find the love of his life because of his dark complexion. Pammi (Sargun Mehta) is everything he dreamt of, and for a while it sure seems like a match made in heaven, but alas Lovely will have to prove yet again that it's not the colour of the skin that matters but your heart and soul that matter and always wins!

In modern secular India corruption, nepotism, caste, and favoritism has taken root all the way from Kashmir to Kanyakumari, sparing no one in it's wake. Bombay Municipal Corporation's employee Kimtilal is one such person who had to pay a bribe to a gynecologist so that his wife, Shanti, can give premature birth to their son, Kamal. When Kamal grew up, Kimtilal had to pay another bribe in the form of a donation to a school for admitting him. Then he had to pay another bribe so that his son could successfully pass his college examination, and go on to join the Bombay Police Force. Finally, he withheld an important municipal license for businessman Sampat, in order to get his consent to marry his advocate daughter, Kamini, with his son.

Langit harbors a love for his half-sister named Senja, but the mother does not give her blessing. Langit is a novelist while Senja is a junior editor at the publisher where Langit usually writes for publication. The publisher boss named Kala is obsessed with getting Langit's heart by using Kala as a tool to approach him. Kala was in a very difficult position to determine the answer between heart, career and rest.
